ProofHire Terms
These Terms govern access to ProofHire, a product operated by Pathvana LLC. Questions can be sent to support@proofhire.com.
Use of the service
You may use ProofHire only for lawful hiring, candidate review, and related recruiting workflows. You are responsible for the content you upload, the interview prompts you send, and your compliance with employment and privacy laws.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for providing any notices or consents required for your use case, evaluating candidate data fairly, and limiting access to authorized team members. You must not use ProofHire to build or infer biometric identity profiles, voiceprints, or unlawful screening rules.
Candidate submissions
Candidates may submit voice recordings and transcript content. By using the service, you authorize us to process that content to provide transcription, hosting, and optional analysis features on your behalf.
AI features
Any AI-generated summaries, highlights, or analysis are assistive only. They are not guarantees of accuracy and should not be the sole basis for employment decisions.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time. We may also update these Terms, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, ProofHire is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Pathvana LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
